The Sales Pipeline aggregates all of your Listings and Buyers within Kingston Lane in order to help you:
- Access your Listings/Buyers so you may view and manage them
- Track your Listings/Buyers as they move through their lifecycle
- Track your progress against your goals
- Connect your Listings/Buyers with relevant Deal Matches
How to View Your Sales Pipeline:
Click Sales Pipeline in Kingston Lane's left-hand navigation, or visit the Sales Pipeline from the link in your dashboard's Sales Pipeline card.
Your Pipeline is separated into sections which represent different stages of the Listing/Buyer lifecycle.
Use the tabs below the summary section for a more detailed view of each section.
To view a Listing or Buyer's detail page, click the client name or one of the address links in the table.
Note: Inactive/draft Listings/Buyers are included in the pipeline but will not show up anywhere publicly or be visible to other agents within Kingston Lane.
The summary view at the top of your pipeline provides an overview of the pipeline as a whole.
Sales Goal: here your closed deals will be tracked against the goals that you have entered into your user profile. Toggle to switch the view from sales volume to unit number tracking.
All Activities: aggregates everything in your pipeline, including closed deals. Below this you can see a summary of your Listings broken out into the different lifecycle stages, rounded to the nearest $100,000.
Pipeline Value: includes everything in your pipeline except for closed deals
Pipeline Matches: Totals all matches for all of your Listings
