What is an Agent Identity website?
The Agent Identity website is the public facing agent website that is automatically built for all active Kingston Lane agents. Agents can use the site to promote their business via personal branding and marketing their listings, and as a central place to drive traffic and capture leads.
How can I access my Agent Identity website?
Your agent identity website is accessible in a couple of ways. To view your agent identity website, from your Dashboard, locate the card labeled "Push Button Agent Website" and click the "Visit Website" link.
Alternatively, you can visit your user profile by clicking your profile image/logo in the upper right corner of Kingston Lane. Once you're on your profile, you can click your name, which is a link, to view the site. Your site can be accessed directly using that same URL.
As a Kingston Lane agent, you'll also be featured on the Kingston Lane website agent directory at http://kingstonlane.com/agents and this will include a link to your agent identity website.
How do I set up and manage my Agent Identity website?
You can easily set up and manage your site from within your Kingston Lane user profile. See this resource for details.
Can I customize my Agent Identity website?
Yes, there are various ways that you can customize your site. These include:

Can I add custom pages to my Agent Identity website?

Can I add my past sales to my Agent Identity website?
Yes. To add your past sales on either the listing or buyer side, simply add a New Listing or Sale and set the status to Sold or Leased. Make sure you're designated as the Buyer Agent if you represented the buyer side.
This sale will then show up in the Past Sales section of your Agent Identity Website.
*NOTE: When entering the sale or lease, make sure to indicate the closed date on the Details tab. If the close date was not within the current calendar year, you'll want to indicate this so that it is not counted against your current calendar year sales goals in your Sales Pipeline.
Why are my listings not showing up on my Agent Identity website?
The For Sale section within your site will include your Active and Pending listings that is in Public/Everyone exposure levels, and the Past Sales section will include your Sold or Leased listings in the Limited or Public exposure levels (in other words it will not include any of your New Listing & Sales that are in the Password Protected or Inactive/Draft exposure level).
Buyer Needs, Pocket Listings and Coming Soons are also excluded from the site.
